Job Summary 


Are you looking to become part of a rapidly growing tech-focused organization where you can gain, build, and grow your existing graphic design? The Senior Graphic Designer will contribute to the strategy and implementation of the company’s marketing, social media, and sales support initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and the Creative Production Manager, this position will be an integral part of the overall marketing strategy for the organization. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company are available based on performance and achieving goals set by the company.   


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 


  • Develop creative designs for a range of projects for print, digital, websites, mobile apps, and emails
  • Brainstorming concepts with Creative Production Manager
  • Oversee all design elements, from the initial conception to final delivery
  • Reviewing the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback
  • Deliver professional quality marketing materials and package ready creative files
  • Adapt or rebrand existing artwork and marketing assets as needed
  • Listen to design needs, come up with ideas and communicate them to clients and other members of the team
  • Directing resource requirements for asset/materials production to ensure on-time, on-quality and on-cost deliverables
  • Responsible for executing majority of larger projects with design requirements
  • Collaborating with the copywriters
  • Collaborating with the design team and creative production manager 
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company
  • Contribute to various additional projects as assigned and respond to the creative needs of the business while turning around quality design files within tight timelines


Required Qualifications and Skills: 


    • Experienced content creator – ability to create both print and digital content in an efficient and concise manner 
    • Experience using Canva, Adobe, and/or other graphic design tools
    • Paid social media advertisement creation experience (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
    • A friendly personality with a passion for design and marketing


  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills


  • Ability to keep up to date on industry activities and trends 
  • G-Suite experience is considered an asset
