To resource, plan, direct and coordinate the delivery and sustainability of information and technology solutions in support of corporate business operations while leading a team of infrastructure engineering and administration professionals who with others define, manage and support the entire operations infrastructure for the Americas. To lead and oversee IT operations related to network operations, desktop operations and IT support services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of a university BA in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
• 7 years of experience in IT operations and program management and 5 years of experience leading a team with technical discipline.
• Certification in Cloud computing is required.
• Experience with Cloud computing, Security protocols, ability to troubleshoot network and support issues, knowledge of various governance policies from external sources, such as open source and Microsoft for systems updates.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong planning, organizational skills and ability to oversee implementation and management of change management systems.
