The Role
The Recruitment Specialist manages and maintains all aspects of the recruitment and selection process working closely with hiring managers to ensure that the organization attracts highly qualified candidates, promotes the careers of internal staff and enables the best candidate selection decisions to meet its workforce needs. Using a consultative approach, you will provide expert advice to clients and work together to find the best candidate for the position. As a brand ambassador, you will educate candidates about our organization, our culture, and the career opportunities available while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
