This role is responsible for maintaining the overall quality of ecommerce sites, mobile applications & back office systems. This includes providing direction for all aspects of testing, determining exit criteria for every testing phase, making recommendations to business stakeholders, working with leaders from other IT departments to coordinate technology strategy & concurrently managing multiple large projects.

Must have: experience leading a QA team, hands on experience with eCommerce sites & strong functional testing background (automated and manual).
