Responsibilities include leading a team of software test engineers, interfacing with cross-functional teams responsible for software development, collaborating with business stakeholders, leading or sponsoring rapid results projects, creating innovative ways to automate and expand our clients software testing, driving and constantly improving product quality.

For this role our client is looking for someone to drive the quality and change management process. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability and robustness of new applications and oversee IT change management process. This person should have deep technical knowledge of software development and testing. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment developing and fostering partnerships with cross-functional teams. This person should be a hands-on engineering or Software QA manager with proven leadership, management, and team building skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager or Software Quality Manager.

Experience with open source tools is a must. (Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, etc..)
