Job Summary
Are you looking to become part of a rapidly growing tech-focused organization where you can
gain, build, and grow your existing graphic design and social media skills? The Graphic Design &
Social Media Specialist will contribute to the strategy and implementation of company’s
marketing, social media, and sales support initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of
Marketing, this position will be an integral part of the overall marketing strategy for the
organization. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company are available
based on performance and achieving goals set by the company and Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Social Media
● Social media campaign and strategy creation:
o Work with the Director of Marketing and Creative Production Manager to create
monthly, quarterly, and annual social media strategies, plans, and campaigns
o Work with external marketing agency on specific social media campaigns and
o Provide recommendations on new social media strategies and initiatives based
on the changing landscape
● Social media content creation:
o Work with other members of the Marketing Department to create post copy and
imagery on a weekly basis for company’s social platforms: Facebook, Instagram,
and LinkedIn
o create post copy and imagery for mortgage agents to use on their social
platforms on a monthly basis
o schedule and execute posts via Sprout Social
● Social media platform management:
o manage company’s social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
o support and create engagement on all platforms – liking, sharing, commenting,
replying to direct messages, etc.
o increase followers on all platforms
● Digital marketing campaign content creation as needed (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Agent Support
● Providing social media and marketing support to mortgage agents/brokers as needed
● Other duties as required by the company
Required Qualifications and Skills:
● Experience using social media for business:
o Facebook

o LinkedIn
o Instagram
● Excellent written and design skills:
o social media content
o print marketing materials
o digital marketing materials
● Experienced content creator – ability to create both print and digital content in an
efficient and concise manner
● Experience using Sprout Social and/or other social media scheduling platforms
● Experience using Canva, Adobe, and/or other graphic design tools
● Video editing experience is considered an asset
● Paid social media advertisement experience is considered an asset (Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
● A friendly personality with a passion for design, marketing, and social media
● Excellent time management and prioritization skills
● Ability to keep up to date on industry activities and trends
● G-Suite experience is considered an asset
